記者致電大連皮膚病醫院主任劉莉，她表示墊藥物保健鞋墊出現脫五指襪皮和燒腳的現象，初步可以診斷為接觸性皮炎，可以進行消腫處理，在外部塗抹消炎藥。 “由於並不清楚鞋墊內到底含有何種中藥成分，腳部出現不適，應立即停止使用，具體情況需要到醫院檢查。”劉莉說，腳部出汗和產生臭味，不能從根本上消除，可以勤洗腳，勤換鞋墊，經常晾曬鞋墊，盡量不使用不明成分的藥物鞋墊。
