關於提拉米甦的由來，有一個溫馨的故事：二戰時期，一提拉米蘇個意大利士兵要出征了，可是家裡已經什麼也沒有了，愛他的妻子為了給他準備乾糧，把家裡所有能吃的餅乾、麵包全做進了一個糕點裡，那個糕點就叫提拉米蘇。每當這個士兵在戰場上吃到提拉米蘇就會想起他的戚風蛋糕家，想起家中心愛的人。提拉米蘇，Ｔｉｒａｍｉｓｕ，在意大利文裡，有“帶我走”的含義，帶走的不只是美味，還有愛和幸福。
真正的提拉米蘇特點是軟綿綿，因為它的主要原料是軟芝士，這布蕾種芝士是專門用於製作甜品的，與做菜時用的生芝士不同；底部和中間必須有蛋糕，正宗的提拉米蘇是用手指餅；還有很濃的咖啡酒的味道，因為手指餅一定要浸透咖啡酒的味道；還必須月餅撒一層厚厚的可可粉。
材料（8寸）：
2.淡奶油（whipping crem) 200ML
3.細砂糖 50G
4.特濃咖啡（espress) 200G
5.marsala酒 100G
6.雞蛋 3個
7.手指餅乾 200G
8.可可粉 少許
9.塔塔粉 少許
工具：
電動打蛋器，橡太陽餅皮刮刀，8寸活動蛋糕模
作法：
1.將mascarpone打發，
2.蛋黃加25G砂糖打至呈乳黃色，與（1）芝士混和均勻，
3.淡奶油打至6分發，拌入蛋黃芝士糊（2）中，
4.蛋白加塔塔粉打至粗泡，再加25G砂糖打至硬性發泡。
5.將打好的蛋白拌入芝士糊（3）。
6.espress與marsala混和，
7.手指餅乾蘸上酒和咖啡混和液鋪在底部。
8.抹上一層芝士糊，再鋪第二層手指餅乾，最後以芝士糊“封頂”。
9.用保鮮膜包起來，放冰箱冷藏過夜。吃鳳梨酥的時間篩上可可粉 。
注：
1.marsala酒在市面上很難買到，可用白朗姆代替。
2.蘸咖啡酒時，不要把手指餅乾浸透，沾濕一面，然後將濕的那面提拉米蘇向上鋪在容器裡，沾太多酒液餅乾太濕會爛掉。或是將手指餅乾雙面用羊毛刷刷上酒液（用此可將咖啡的酒的份量減半，用不了那麼多，這方法適用於不喜歡酒味太重的人）。
3.Tiramisu放冰箱冷藏時間越長酒味很輕一些不會那麼嗆。

檢修方法：

說明：

有腳臭的人，總怕別人說自己不講衛生，經常不腳臭洗腳。其實一天洗三次，腳依然是臭烘烘的，真是煩死人。經多次實踐證明，使用白醋除腳臭，可速去臭味，並能保證半月左右不再有臭味。
腳臭是由於腳心汗腺多，容易出汗，汗液裡除含水分，鹽臭腳分外，還含有乳酸及尿素。在多汗條件下，腳上的細菌大量繁殖並分解角質蛋白，再加上汗液中的尿素，乳酸，這樣就會發出一種臭味。若鞋子不透氣，空氣不流通，臭味就會越積越濃，臭氣異常腳臭剋星強烈。只有我們把致臭病菌殺死，才能有效除腳臭。
醋有很強的殺菌作用，對除腳臭十分有效。醋的主要成份是醋酸，還含有少量的氨基酸，有機酸，醣類，維生素 B1的，B2的等。使用白醋偏方速去臭味，同時能使除臭方法皮膚吸收到一些十分需要的營養素，起到鬆軟皮膚，增強皮膚活力的作用。
如何用白醋除腳臭：
白醋適量，若將患部浸泡於少許醋與四十度熱水除臭鞋墊的混合液中約十五分鐘熬開，涼下後泡腳，白醋量以漫過病灶為好，每日1 - 2次，每次半小時以上，連續一周以上，腳氣即愈。腳汗過多腳臭的人，每晚睡前洗腳時在水中放點醋，即可睡得舒適。
說明：
1，如果复而又出現臭味還可以重複上述方法，泡的時間則可相應減少。
2，泡過腳的醋可以反复使用，熬熬即可使用，醋少了添加即可。
3，初患者，腳氣症狀較輕，可使用。但出現水泡，皮損時最好不要用。
5，只是用醋，不加水。白醋，陳醋都可以健康襪，每次泡腳前熬熬效果最佳，不然稍稍遜色。
6，如果你用的洗腳盆或其它器皿耐火就可用此物熬醋，如果你用的洗腳器物不耐火，也會有很多辦法熬醋的。
7，洗腳時，將雙腳放在盆內溫水中泡兩三分鐘，待雙腳都熱了五指襪，用一隻腳的足跟壓在另一只腳趾縫稍後處，然後將腳跟向前推至趾尖處再回搓，回拉輕，前推重，以不搓傷皮膚為宜。
